Who are we? Oppenheimer Lab
A laboratory where science meets elegance.
Oppenheimer Lab is a Tunisian cosmetic laboratory that formulates, manufactures and packages cosmetic and dermocosmetic care products for brands, pharmacies and distributors. All our ranges come out of our production site in Tunisia.

Our laboratory covers 700 m² of production: all our ranges are manufactured there with our own equipment, in line with cosmetic Good Manufacturing Practice (ISO 22716).
We support entrepreneurs, established brands, pharmacists and distributors in the creation, production and launch of their cosmetic and dermocosmetic ranges — from the first idea to international shipping.
Our ambition: to make made in Tunisia a benchmark of excellence in the Mediterranean and beyond.

Oppenheimer Lab, a cosmetic laboratory that produces on its own site
From skincare to toothpastes, including perfumes and sun care, every range is manufactured in-house, in 700 m² of production fitted with our own machines. Production follows cosmetic Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP, ISO 22716), from mixing to filling and packaging.
There are three ways to work with us, depending on the level of customisation you want: start from one of our 500+ formulas in private label, allowing 45 to 90 days; co-develop a custom private label in 3 to 6 months; or create an exclusive formula through custom formulation, over 6 to 12 months. Small batches remain negotiable, from 100 to 200 units.
The laboratory
Formulation and production under one responsibility
Mohamed Arbi Jallali, a partner in the laboratory, is both Head of Production and Formulator. A chemical engineer, Mohamed Arbi Jallali has 14 years’ experience in the cosmetics industry. A formula developed in the laboratory therefore moves to industrial scale under the eye of the person who designed it. His background is presented on his expert reviewer page.

Frequently asked questions
Does Oppenheimer Lab manufacture the products it delivers to brands itself?
Yes. All the ranges are produced on our site in Tunisia, with our own equipment, without going through another factory. Formulation, manufacturing and packaging therefore take place in the same location, which makes it easier to follow a project, from the first sample to the shipped batch.
What types of companies does the laboratory work with?
We work with project owners launching their first brand, established brands, pharmacies and distributors. More than 50 brands have been supported and our products are shipped to more than 30 countries. To compare possible partners, read our guide How to choose a cosmetic laboratory in Tunisia?.
Does the laboratory handle the regulatory procedures?
We prepare the product information files (PIF) and the CPNP notifications. For the European Union, electronic notification takes place before the product is placed on the market, as provided for by Article 13 of Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009 (new tab); it is neither an authorisation nor a quality certification. Setting the countries of sale from the brief makes it possible to prepare the right supporting documents.
Can the history of a batch made by you be obtained quickly?
Yes. Every batch produced on our site is traced and its complete history is available within 24 hours. This speed matters when a distributor, a pharmacy or an authority asks a question about a specific batch, for example after a complaint or before an export shipment.
