Become a supplier to a cosmetic laboratory: six families of products and services

All our ranges, from facial care to toothpastes, are manufactured on our site in Tunisia. Our purchasing therefore covers a wide spectrum, reflected in the list in the form:

  • active raw materials, which carry the benefit of a formula;
  • excipients and bases: emulsifiers, oils, surfactants and other structural components;
  • perfumery: compositions for our perfumes and for fragrancing care products;
  • primary packaging, in contact with the formula: bottles, tubes, jars, pumps;
  • secondary packaging: boxes, labels, multipack packaging;
  • services: analyses, tests and other technical services.

The information that makes an application workable

The form stays short, and the essentials are in the message. A supplier of cosmetic raw materials or packaging gains from presenting its references there, their origin and the documents available for each one: technical data sheet, safety data sheet, certificate of analysis per batch.

What GMP (ISO 22716) means for our partners

In the European Union, Article 8 of Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009 (new tab) requires the manufacture of cosmetic products to comply with good manufacturing practice. This compliance is presumed when manufacturing follows the harmonised standards published in the Official Journal; Commission communication 2011/C 123/04 (new tab) lists the EN ISO 22716:2007 standard there (texts consulted on 31 October 2026).

The standard governs our manufacturing, but it has concrete effects upstream: to retrieve the complete history of a batch within 24 hours, every raw material and every packaging item received must be identifiable by its batch number and linked to its documents. That is the purpose of the traceability expectations listed on this page.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

My company does not manufacture cosmetics: does the ISO 22716 standard concern it?

The EN ISO 22716:2007 standard gives guidelines for the manufacture of cosmetic products: it applies first of all to our laboratory. For you, it mainly translates into documentation and traceability expectations for what you deliver. State in your message the quality standards your company already applies.

What products do you manufacture, so I can tell whether my offer is relevant?

We produce facial, body and hair care, perfumes, sun care, baby and mother products, hygiene and bath products, oral care products and a natural and organic range, as well as food supplements. The same material can serve several of these families.

Why are packaging samples useful for your application?

Because we recommend validating the compatibility between a formula and its container before ordering the full production run. A bottle must protect the product, dispense its texture properly and withstand transport. Samples of your references make these tests possible, carried out with our filling and packaging team.

Should I mention that a raw material is certified organic, vegan or halal?

Yes, specify it with the corresponding certificate. We offer our clients COSMOS, Ecocert, Vegan and Halal certifications on request, and the status of each ingredient is taken into account in these procedures. Also mention the origin of your materials.
