Cosmetic formulation, manufacturing and packaging of your products take place at Oppenheimer Lab, in our laboratory in Tunisia, with a single point of contact from brief to delivery. Six services can be combined depending on how far your project has progressed.

From formula to finished product, on a single site.
Oppenheimer Lab supports brands at every stage: custom formulation, ready-to-launch private label formulas, custom private label, production and manufacturing, filling and packaging, brand development and food supplements.
All the ranges are manufactured on our site in Tunisia, with our own equipment, in 700 m² of production, according to cosmetic Good Manufacturing Practice (ISO 22716 / GMP).
Small batches possible: from 200 units, or even 100 depending on the project, subject to assessment. Our catalogue includes more than 500 formulas available in private label. We reply to quote requests within 48 working hours.

Each service answers a specific situation. The right entry point depends on what you already have in hand: an idea, a formula, products to fill and package or a range to extend.

Our services
A journey without changing provider
The services follow on from one another: the validated formula goes into manufacturing, the bulk is filled and packaged, then the products are delivered within 48 hours within Tunisia or shipped to one of the more than 30 countries we export to. One piece of advice applies to every project: settle the list of countries of sale at the brief stage, since the regulatory supporting documents and the packaging depend on it.

Three commitments apply to every cosmetic project: the complete history of a batch available within 24 hours, the preparation of product information files and CPNP notifications, and COSMOS, Ecocert, Vegan or Halal certifications available on request. Frequently asked questions
Which service should I start with if I have neither a formula nor a brand?
With brand development if everything remains to be defined, from positioning to packaging. If above all you want a first product on sale quickly, ready-to-launch formulas are the shortest route: a private label project generally takes 45 to 90 days. Either way, it is better to start with few products.
Do you work with brands based outside Tunisia?
Yes: our products are shipped to more than 30 countries. Manufacturing in Tunisia must comply with the rules of the destination country, for example the Responsible Person and the CPNP notification for the European Union. How does the first contact work?
You describe your project from the quote page or the contact page. The quote is free, with a reply within 48 working hours. The price depends on the product, the actives and the packaging: the more precise your description (type of product, quantities, countries of sale), the more precise the costing.
Do food supplements follow the same rules as cosmetics?
No. Cosmetics fall under Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009; food supplements are foodstuffs, governed in the Union by Directive 2002/46/EC. The file, the label and the claims therefore follow different rules, even when both products are sold under the same brand. These rules are presented on our food supplements page.
