The Oppenheimer Lab catalogue brings together more than 500 cosmetic formulas developed by our R&D over the years: face care, body care, haircare, sun care, hygiene, functional perfumery. Each formula has been validated for stability, dermatologically tested and documented in a complete technical file, ready for notification.

A Tunisian entrepreneur launches her first skincare brand online with a single product: a 50 ml face moisturiser, light, with an accessible positioning, based on an existing formula that has already been validated. For 1,000 units, about 12 weeks are enough if the packaging is available, approvals are quick and the checks are satisfactory. A fully custom formula would follow a different schedule.

Can I order a small batch to test a market?
Yes. Small batches possible: from 200 units, or even 100 depending on the project, subject to assessment. It is a prudent way to check how a formula is received before ordering more. The price depends on the product, the actives and the packaging; the quote is free, with a reply within 48 working hours.
What does a private label quote include?
It specifies what is included, for example the container, the label and the filling and packaging, and flags any additional costs: specific development, additional tests, carton, transport or export formalities. Indicate the formulas you have shortlisted, the quantities and your countries of sale on the quote page.
Who is the Responsible Person when the product bears my brand?
Under Article 4 of Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009 (new tab), the distributor becomes the Responsible Person “where he places a cosmetic product on the market under his name or trademark”. Can I sell these products outside Tunisia?
Yes, we export to more than 30 countries. Manufacturing in Tunisia does not exempt you from the rules of the country of sale: for the European Union, you need a Responsible Person established in the EU, a product information file and a CPNP notification before sale.
