Sensory world
Custom cosmetic textures, formulated in Tunisia
Custom cosmetic textures for your brand: eight families, from light cream to face mask, formulated and manufactured in our laboratory in Tunisia. Start from a catalogue formula or from an entirely new brief.
Signature textures
An extensive sensory vocabulary.
Project after project, our R&D has developed a palette of signature textures — recognisable by their touch, their sheen and their melt. We know how to reproduce them, modulate them and customise them for your formulas.
Eight textures, from light cream to sensory mask: each has its own page, with its uses, its actives and the products it makes it possible to create.
They serve as the base for our catalogue of more than 500 formulas, or for a custom formula. All the ranges are manufactured on our site in Tunisia, with our own equipment.
An evolving palette
We invent new textures for every project.
Our R&D constantly explores new sensory directions — crystal-clear emulsions, powders that turn into milks, melting oils in gels. If you are looking for a texture that does not exist yet, we will formulate it for you.
Our textures
Eight custom cosmetic textures, one page for each
Choosing a texture shapes the rest of the project: container, process, list of ingredients and stated promise. Each family has its own detailed page.
- Light cream: the emulsion of day care.
- Gel cream: a fresh base, from face care to after-sun.
- Oil serum: a two-phase product to shake, for dry skin.
- Hydrosol: rose, orange blossom or witch hazel.
- Balm: an anhydrous formula for lips and hands.
- Cleansing foam: a cleanser with gentle surfactants.
- Dry oil: face, body or hair, without a greasy film.
- Face mask: clay, gel, peel-off or cream.

From catalogue to exclusive formula: three starting points
In private label, you choose one of our 500+ formulas and adapt it to your identity, in 45 to 90 days. As a custom private label, the formula is reworked more thoroughly, over 3 to 6 months. With custom formulation, the texture is born from your specifications, in 6 to 12 months.
In all three cases, production follows cosmetic Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP, ISO 22716), under the responsibility of our partner Mohamed Arbi Jallali, Head of Production and Formulator, a chemical engineer with 14 years’ experience in the cosmetics industry.
Our textures
Linking each texture to a range
Light cream, gel cream, oil serum and mask mainly feed our skincare range; balm and dry oil, our body care. The hydrosol has its place in natural and organic cosmetics, and the foam is shared between face care and hygiene. There is no need to launch everything at once: one or two well-targeted products are enough to get started.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
How do I describe the texture I am looking for in my brief?
Describe the expected sensation rather than a list of ingredients: finish, area of application, time of use. Add the five reference points we set before any development: target, desired benefit, selling price, quantity and overall budget, marketing included. A stable brief avoids the back-and-forth that pushes back the schedule.
Can two different textures be launched in small batches?
Yes, each product is assessed separately. Small batches possible: from 200 units, or even 100 depending on the project, subject to assessment. The price depends on the product, the actives and the packaging: free quote, reply within 48 hours. A cleanser and a skincare product are enough to test a positioning.
Are your textures produced in-house or by another manufacturer?
In-house: all our ranges are produced on our site in Tunisia, with our own equipment, in 700 m² of production. We can therefore provide the complete history of a batch within 24 hours, for example at a distributor’s request. We have supported more than 50 brands on this model.
In what order is the list of ingredients written?
For the European Union, Article 19 of Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009 (new tab) provides for a list preceded by the term ‘ingredients’ and “established in descending order of weight of the ingredients at the time they are added to the cosmetic product”. Below 1%, the order is free. We prepare the product information file (PIF) and the CPNP notification.
