A private label cleansing foam starts from a gentle-surfactant formula in our catalogue, adjusted to your target: face, body or baby. We produce, fill and package it in Tunisia, in a foamer bottle or under pressure.

Gentle surfactants for a generous foam
The quality of a foam depends on the balance of its washing system. We combine gentle surfactants — coco-glucoside, glutamates, isethionates, betaines — to obtain a dense, creamy and stable foam, while maintaining a physiological pH close to that of the skin.
Our formulas are free from harsh sulphates (SLS/SLES) and from alkaline soap, and can be enriched with superfatting agents — glycerin, plant oils, proteins — for cleansing that never dries the skin.

A cloud texture, in a pump bottle or an aerosol
Depending on your positioning, we develop two families of foams: pump foams, where the foamer bottle turns the liquid into an instant cloud, and foams packaged under pressure for an even denser and longer-lasting texture. Each format undergoes thorough compatibility and functionality tests.
The sensory experience is worked on in detail: density of the foam, fineness of the bubbles, hold in the palm, ease of rinsing, delicate fragrance. It is this sum of details that turns a cleanser into a pleasure product.

For all skin types
Sensitive skin, acne-prone skin, baby skin: we adapt the gentleness and the pH of each foam to its target. Face versions can include purifying actives (zinc, mild salicylic acid) or soothing ones (allantoin), while body versions favour comfort and fragrance.

The texture
Running a private label cleansing foam project
First question: for whom? Sensitive skin, acne-prone skin or infants call for neither the same gentleness nor the same pH; the target determines the base chosen from our 500+ formulas. Second question: which format? A foamer bottle and a pressurised foam are two distinct products, each tested with its own container.
Depending on the target, the foam joins our skincare, hygiene and bath or baby and mother range.
The texture
Claims: only write what the formula delivers
“Gentle”, “for sensitive skin”: these statements are decided with the formula, not at the printing stage. Article 20 of Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009 (new tab) prohibits the use of text, names or pictures “to imply that these products have characteristics or functions which they do not have”. And Article 11 requires the product information file to contain, where justified by the nature or the effect of the product, proof of the effect claimed: settle your claims from the brief, especially for sale in parapharmacies.

Frequently asked questions
Foamer bottle or pressurised foam: which one to choose?
The foamer turns the liquid into foam with each press; the pressurised version gives a denser, longer-lasting foam. Your selling price and your distribution channel guide the choice. In both cases, we test the compatibility and the functioning of the format with the formula before production.
Can a face version and a body version of the same foam be offered?
Yes. The face version can receive purifying or soothing actives, the body version can focus more on comfort and fragrance. However, validate the first product with your customers before launching the second: a short range is easier to manage at the start.
How long does it take to receive a cleansing foam under my brand?
Allow 45 to 90 days in private label, depending on the adjustments requested and the availability of your containers. Once the batch is produced, delivery within Tunisia takes 48 hours; for export, transport is added. We reply to quote requests within 48 working hours.
Can my cleansing foam be Halal certified for export?
Yes, Halal certification is available on request, as are COSMOS, Ecocert and Vegan. Mention it from the brief, as it governs the choice of ingredients and must be planned before production. We export to more than 30 countries: name yours so that the labelling and the file can be adapted.
